Default Which tires to buy?

Looking for a new set of tires for my stock rims of my 08 800 HO. What is a good tire to purchase for some mudding, good snow traction and mostly trail riding. Do not want to purchase wheels, so looking for tires that will fit on the stock rims. Thanks for any input.

Probably two of the most popular ones out now are the Zillas and the XTR's...Also Pitbull Rockers are a new tire out which are getting great reviews...

I have Mudlite XTRs made by ITP. They've been good on hard pack, dirt, soft sand, snow, rocks, and mud. If you go with a slightly wider tire you may end up with the tie rod ends in the front rubbing against your tires. I had to get a longer set of studs put on and added a hardened nut and washer between the wheel hub and the hub of the quad. This was going from stock 8" wide tires to the XTRs with 9" width.

Thanks for the quick replies. I was looking at the XTR's, but was told I would have rubbing issues with them on the stock rims. Is that correct?

Quickest thing to do is flip the tie rods.

I've been really happy with my zillas. Great all-around tire!

Where did you get your longer studs from?
