Our Sault Canada Walmart carries "Energizer" ATV,sled batteries while the Walmart across the river in Sault Michigan carries "Everstart" batteries. I have been using a $30 Everstart in a 500 touring ski-doo for 3 years now,I think it earned its keep by now.

Okay things are moving pretty fast, expecting 2ft of snow in our area starting Friday. So anyone have a link for the Wally World battery. I will go for that for a quick solution.

Many thanks!

You may need a new battery, can't say for sure but you certainly should be up a trickle charger, I recommend a CTEK 800 or even a 3300. I have a couple of both lying around if you're interested?

Well I haven't had any time to take it somewhere for a load test. etc. The reason I would like to have a link is to know what it is I need to buy. Having the part number and knowing that the terminals are on the right side so I don't end up with a bad situation etc. etc. lots of reasons, 12volt is all I know. FYI, I hadn't had to replace my battery yet so this I think is a good thing. Snow is coming in fast and would like to just roll to walmart and get a cheapy for plowing snow over the weekend.

any help would be appreciated, with sears, wal mart and we even have a battery warehouse around here too.

thanks all,

R'

Go buy a dry -cell battery , much better battery, more cold cranking amps, you need a 30-L for your 800, that battery warehouse should have them, I get them from O'Reilly's.

Bring your old battery to wal mart, they will give you $12 for it and they will have the old battery dimensions to make sure the new battery fits into your ATV's battery tray.
