I think that my factory exhaust has gone to the bad which is why I think I have started to run more and more lean as the year has gone by.(any thoughts) I can't find any other reason. I have a 155 main and a 40 pilot. I ordered a 157.5 and a 42.5. Will this make much difference? The needle is currently all the way up and the screw is about 3 or 4 turns out and is still a little lean. The next sizes are 160 and 47.5. Will a tractor pipe be really loud? Can I ask one more question? lol.

 

A tractor pipe will be very loud. As far as jetting, everything takes changes different, and I haven't delt with Polaris jetting too much, so I'll leave that to the pros

Also what model bike do you have, I have the stock exhaust off of my 700, and it's in very good shape, it only has about 200 miles or so on it. I'd like to get rid of it if you interested shoot me a PM.

 

What would happin to my engine if I took off the disks and spark thing off my white bros e series pipejust have the crome tip on it'd be a big hole pretty much what could or will happin if I do that I don't care about HP loss or gain I got a lot HP wouldn't matter to lose or gain just wondering if it'd eff up my engine anyway thanks email me answers please MetalMulishaSoljaa@hotmail.ca names Keith

 

You would loose back pressure,could run lean or a little hesitant off the start,may or may not have to change needle position or jump up jet size,plus will be loud! OPT
