welcome to the forum. what or how is the throttle broken sounds like the cable is too tight and it's kicking in the etc which will activte the override so if the throttle sticks it will not rev more then say around 3,000 rpm's. the cable slack should be around 1/8"

Default Thanks

umm the thorttle is broke like the bike wont start unless u hold the throttle full and when u let go of the throttle the bike stops. also when u touch the throttle just a little bit it takes off full speed there is no pressure required to go full speed. but when it wasent broken it was normal and the throttle doesent get stuck.

maybe cable is broke or something inthe car has let go. time to take it apart for sure before you try to drive it.
