Default 05 Sportsman overheating

I have an 05 Sportsman 800 EFI. It keeps overheating. I put a new sensor on it, and also hooked up the fan to direct power and it ran. What else should I be checkin?

Make sure the radiator is good an clean. Both sides dont just run a hose from one side you need to do both sides kind of a pain to get it good an clean but I would bet thats the problem.

the 800's run hot as it is and you have even 25% of that radaitor plugged it could over heat. the boys are right on making sure that all the way through is clean. trust me if you have been mudding and did NOT clean it through and through back to front you won't clean it good and the heat just bakes on the mud. imo
