another issue?
#1
So when I turn my key to start, the starter sounds like it is about to turn the engine over and than after about a 2-3 second delay it will. do you know what can cause that delay, once it does crank over it is not as fast as it used to be. does anyone know where to look first.
thanks

had the exact same thing happen to my 800 there is a bearing in the cover that goes over the shaft it gets dry and seizes up i was able to match the bearing at bearings and drives as polaris thinks you should just buy the whole starter for a 6 dollar bearing hope this helps
