Did you put the bike on it's side? I have had oil in the air box also but only after I laid it over. Also could you be adding to much oil.

Go to the search engine in this forum and type "oil in air box". Several threads on this subject previously discussed.

Very steep hill riding can do it, I,m sure you don,t but it on its side every ride,I hope but that also causes it.LOL
Most likey you just have to much oil in the ATV,and the excess is blowi ng into the air box. They only need two quarts, thats with both the crank case and oil tank empty. Did you drain the oil tank only then put in the new oil at one time?

TLC is right on the money . Thats exactly what I did and ended up with about 1/4 qt. of oil in my air box. If your not going to drain the crank case only fill with 1 and 1/2 quarts
