question about ranger

Default question about ranger
my ranger will not turn over . battery is charged but i have no lights. i can hear fuel pump working.can someone point me in a direction.

Should be a fuse block under the hood, check all the fuses.

do they hide the fuse block somewhere else? there is no fuses under hood.
