put your air blower on your air hose from an air compressor plug the hole on one grip, put the blower in the other one, and push air through it, do the same for the other side only you need to put your hand over the tube of the handlebar

X3 on the air compressor.
I stuck it in between the bars and grip where they meet the throttle or light switch and pull the trigger at the same time as you pull the grip off. Took less then a minute to get both sides off.
I did this when installing heated elements under the grips. This way I could re use the grips instead of cutting them off.
