Default 99 scrambler clutch, ect?

how does the clutch come off the crank? i took the bolt off, and it does not want to budge. do i need a puller? Also i just bought this bike cheap ,and was told the crank seized. i started to take things apart, like the exhaust. when i did i noticed chunks of metal in the first bend off the exhaust. could it be a piston? hope its not botttom and top end. the engine will not turn. where can i download a manual?
thanks

Easiest way to get the metal out is split the cases. You have to have a puller to get the clutch off and it must come off.
If you are lucky it didnt take the cases out with the piston. If it did drop me a PM I have a spare 400 engine.

If you can't turn the motor over, you have piston pieces in your crank journals. Best advice is to tear down the motor, pull crank and counter balancer and have inspected. Crank bearings will need to be carefully gone through to make sure there are no piston remains. Counter Balancer with any grooving on the end of the shaft is junk.
