Cam and exhaust valves have different part numbers but the intake valves are the same. The clutch has different part numbers also.

On the 2011 550 and 850 it has a new secondary clutch. Completely different from the 2009-2010 or any other models. Springs and helix will not innerchange from any other models. Clutch is just a touch lighter then the older ones. Performance seems to be the same at the older ones.

I also heard that they changed the way the fenders fit together...making a better seal than the '09 models.

I never had any issues with the way my fenders fit...but apparently Polaris thought they could have a better / closer tolerance.

Very interesting on the new secondary clutch... I wonder if it has to do with the clunk into gear issue?
