My friend has a sportsman 500 and he said that it can do 65mph and he doesnt even have any mods on it. Is this possible?

Yes it could do 65 MPH FALLING OFF A CLIFF...

I also heard one would do 60... this is crazy, If it will do it it will make me feekl real dumb. I have to ride with one this weekend!

Yes, it could as true as a guy did a ride at a 100mph AVERAGE speed on his shee.
nah. I don't think a SP would hit the 65mph. Wastes too much power.

My SP on the speedo will hit 60 mph. I have had it once say 63, On the speedo it is possible you guys even admit they are inaccurate what is to say that his is off enough to say he is going 65? My speedo is quite accurate though, seems to be off by roughly 5mph, I ran it against my Nissan and my buddies Chevy and they both said a little over 55.

I've pegged mine out going down hill with a slight tailwind. I was on a dirt road at the timec w/out a helment, which made me feel naked!! Felt real squirrelly btw...
