You will see one bolt on the front of the battery bracket that needs to come out and then it will come out the side. It is tight but it will fit.
I have the same Quad and am on my third battery. My machine does not get enough run time which I believe is the problem I have with the batteries. I have since added a battery tender to keep the battery up. The second battery was a sealed Interstate(140 dollars) that did not last long. The third is a sealed Extreme Maga Power(100 dollars made in the USA) I hope the battery tender will allow this one to last a bit longer.
She started right up last week and then my son's buddy rolled the quad down a hill. Back for more repairs....
