Default '98 Scrambler 400 problem

I recently removed my oil injector and installed a block off. I mix my oil 4 oz. to one gallon as per the dealership i called. The problem is that its veeery slow to rev and has no bottom end while its trying to rev. Is this a carb problem or is my fuel mixed wrong?

No its not that much more smoke. Just a little bit more than usual. I ask my father-in-law about it and he said it might have been the....HAIR SPARY he used as starting fluid while he was working on it!!!!! So i guess clean carb with parts cleaner or is there something better to use?

Well the Hairspray is made to stick .......So it will plug up the small jets in the carb...........Don't use parts cleaner on the carb this is a harsh cleaner used to clean heavey build-up from usually outside surfaces.........You can buy Carb cleaner in the spray can and make sure you disassemble to clean.........It's the only way to get into all the small holes.....IMO..........Caper.........
