I have an 09 and my question is has anyones 850xo exhaust starting to come apart yet mine is starting to the clamps that hold it together broke and sounds like a monster truck now the dealer said i might get it fixed for free because it should of never happened i just cruise around on it take it easy

 

where is it coming apart, the pipe or muffler?

 

This is the very first I hear of that issue on the XP 850's...

Please keep this thread updated...so we can all be informed.

its comming apart at the pipe the muffler is fine just waiting for them to come get it miss riding in the snow we got

 

well it sounds like it's time to get aftermarket exhaust :-)

 

The 850 left last week to get all the fluids changed and oil and some good news the pipe is covered its going to be in today so i should be having my 850 back in the next 2 days

 

Got it back a couple days ago had to get new 2 cv joints and all the fluids done and oil and all new pipe now just putting the polaris handguards on did anyone have trouble putting these on i need an answer asap! i got the right side on went on perfect im having trouble with the left side
