need help again

I have a 95 400L changed the gear lube yesterday and now won't go into any gears. Makes a awful grinding noise.

New to owning atv so son and I are working on this via phone with my brother. Please help.

try adjusting linkage rods, put tranny in nuetral, take nuts off both rods at tranny make sure to remember which one goes where, adjust both rod ends so they go into holes perfectly straight

The "bell crank "on top the tranny have a tendency to strip out.

changing the fluid w/ correct fluid shouldn't change how it shifts. try above suggestions.
