First service checklist
#1
hey guys, so I finally hit my first 10 hours, planning on doing some preventative maintenance now. I wanted to know from those with wisdom, what i should check, replace, etc, at the 10 hour mark, and then i assume every 50 after that. I know that the owners manual has a list, but that same manual tells me that my bike will not work properly if water touches the footwells or if I try to climb a hill over 25*. So here is my list, which I will update as I become more informed.
First 10:
Oil and oil filter change
check airbox
check ADC fluid
check EPS fluid
check coolant
check tire pressure
Every 50:
oil and oil filter change
air filter change/clean

I have attached an excel spreadsheet, what do you guys think. I tried to trace down AMSOIL equivalents for everything possible, but from my research, the drive fluid should stay popo. Let me know what you think please.

Looks good but my preference is all popo fluids. Doesn't really cost much more, makes for convenient one stop shopping, and is a security blanket with the dealer because they will know I am maintaining it regularly. Makes a huge difference if you ever have to bring it in for any warranty issues.

understandable point, however my "dealer" is actually a john deer dealer, who happens to carry popo atv and utv's, so they don't stock any popo fluids or accessories. So if I have to order, i put my faith in amsoil.

It's sad they sell them but don't support them. I think that is Polais' fault.
