Keeping plastic from getting scratched????

Yo scramblerrp, I don't exactly remeber what the post was that i was reffering too, but i think it was how to keep the plastic from getting scratches, like one guy said whn he first got his scrambler he covered it in WD-40, I know nothing will probably keep it from getting alot of scratches, but I'm just looking for something to help a little!!!!........LOL

Ride the liven daylights out of your quad and the scratches will soon blend into one another. Don't be dragged down by getting caught up in the apperence thing. Ride hard and prove yourself by your skills not how good of housekeeper you are. (However, don't mistake this for avoiding good machanical upkeep.)

You might want to try useing a torch, and hold it away from the plastic far enough so your just lightly warming it. not so you melt it about 10inchs or so away then take pledge and pledge it that will hide the sratchs some, if they are light surface scratchs but your out of luck if they are deep ones. And you don't want to use a pencil torch because the flame is to consentrated.And you will burn the plastic always use lots of pledge and a soft clean rag or cloth. Hope this helps you out.
