Default chain?

I sent my daughter to a bike place with the sprocket and chain off of my 1995 polaris scrambler 400 4x4 and they sent c/s sprocket polaris 520 13t and pu pro chain 520so x 88l.. Now i took the chain down to the right size and put the new sprocket on and it binds at low throttle like it sticks or something. If you watch the chain it goes loose and then lets go and is okay but not after the bind.. The steps seem to vibrate alot also when going fast.
Any ideas would be great.

It takes a 13 tooth front sprocket and an 84 link chain. Did you install an o-ring chain like the original chain? Make sure you didn't cut the chain too short plus check for any play in the rear axle bearings that might be causing problems also. OPT

Check the sprockets again and be 100% sure they are 520's

Looks like rear sprocket is pretty chisled and wore out. I have one from a 2002 scrambler 400 4x4 but it is physically smaller by about an inch. Seems to have more teeth on it can i use this?

If you just put another old rear sprocket on with a new front sprocket and chain, all it's going to do is wear out the chain quicker! Best to replace both sprockets and chain at the same time rather than trying to piece it back together! OPT
