I have a 1995 300 4x4. When I bought it the oil pump system was disabled, but a cable still went to the pump. My wife was complaining about throttle thumb, so I want to convert to a single cable. Does anyone know what cable to use?

 

does that have the head light pod on the bars. If it does like my 95 xplorer. the cable from a 96 sportsman 500 works perfectly. I used the same one on my 94 400l, but had to straighten the steel tube on the throttle side of the cable. The cable on a magnum 425 may have the same ends on it but straight for the low rise handlebars of the early quads.
