Cooling Fan

Default Cooling Fan
I have a xplorer 300 the cooling fan never shuts off. What would be the problems or checks to fix this?

Look at the fan sensor and wires mounted on the top rear engine mount bracket. Bad place for it anyway to begin with plus they either break,shorting the wires allowing the fan to run constantly or one wire may have come loose touching the other one. OPT
