Welcome! Jack up all 4 tires and engage the awd. If only one tire is turning in the front, this could be the problem on pulling hard. If this is the case change the hub fluid first and see if this helps. If this doesn't then you need to pull the hub and check out what the problem is. Plus trace the hub coil wiring from the strut up under the front panel to make sure the small connector hasn't come loose. OPT

If just not steering straight is the problem and isn't hard pulling to one side, then it could just need the tie rod ends adjusted(toe-in toe-out) or checked out to see if a tie rod might be bent when you landed hard out of the truck. Just have some one hold the handle bars straight while you look at the front tires. Front edge of the tires should be slightly toed out(about 3/8") versus the rear tires. OPT

You do know that just because you turn your switch to 4wd don't mean your in 4wd . Unless your rear wheels loose traction and slip your machine will remain in 2wd . The machine decides when it needs 4wd not you making it harder to tell when your really in 4wd .

You wouldn't have awd on pavement as long as the rear tires don't slip. If you're having trouble in forward or reverse even on pavement you may have one wheel that locks in regardless of whether you are in awd or not? This happens a lot and usually you need to check into the hubs, check out the hilliard assembly and especially the 3 tab armature plates that can become magnetized and allow the offending wheel to lock up. If it pulls going forward or in reverse and if you stop, back up a little or go forward a little then it drives ok,this is a sure sign you have problems in one of the front hubs. OPT
