Default predator help

I have a 03 predator that i got when my uncle passed away. Well i am leaking oil and i found where it is coming from. I was hoping that someone could tell me exactly what i nees before i open the motor. It is coming out behind the front sprocket . When i took this sprocket off and found the leak they had a hose folded in half as like a spacer. Is there something missing there and what would cause it to leak oil. Thankd in advance for the help.

Should be a spacer that fits in the seal(but maybe not?),can't find it so far on the breakdown. Seal is #17. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
