Cranks up runs fine but when shut it off and try to start back up will sluggishly turn over three times then nothing let it sit ten minutes and will start back up??? Has new starter, solenoid, cdi box and coil up grade, battery all grounds grind down to bare metal and replace all connection dialectic greased

Carb or efi model?? Could be the fuel pump if it's an efi or a vacuum fuel pump problem or kinked tank vent if it's a carb model causing it to vapor lock.

Check the tank vent for any kinks,possibly a carb kit if you haven't checked it out. Sounds like you've addressed most of the electrical as a problem area,but check that you're charging 14 volts back to the battery at an idle from the regulator/rectifier also.Plus not a bad idea to do a compression check to see where you stand on the top end.
