Use Polaris AGL or any fluid suitable for chain driven gear cases. Use only Polaris Demand Drive(if some dealers still have it) or the newer Demand Drive Plus. The old trans fluid(pre 96 models) is no longer available. Nasty looking grey graphite type fluid. Plus the Polaris Demand Drive is much better than the old type F the earlier manuals listed.

Same here I use the same full synthetic chain case oil in my ATV tranny as I use in my snowmobile's chain case since if you open up a Polaris atv tranny its made the same.

The new Hillary AWD drive fluid is made for all three, the hub system,ADC and centralized diff setup so you can't go wrong anymore.
