Nothing electrical works on my 03 sportsman 400 new battery and still nothing where do I start

Yes I messed up and don't know how to delete it. Very sorry.

So I found a broken wire by the solenoid now I have power to everything but guess I need a new solenoid because unless I cross it over all it does is click and in is a rusty mess also. Thanks for you help
