Default hawkeye no electric start

I have an 07 hawkeye, when I go to start it with the key all it does is make a clicking noise. It pull starts fine, and for a while I could pull start it, ride around for a while turn it off, and then it would start with the key. Now it doesnt even do that. Also if I try to use the winch it will shut off as soon as the winch has a load on it. Does this sound like a battery or somthing more?

Have the battery load tested as Corey850XP recommended, plus once it's running make sure it's charging 14-14.5 volts at the battery terminals while at a steady idle. If it's not, battery problems may be cause by a faulty regulator. Item #4.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse

I went out and the voltage before I started it up was a little over 4 volts. I started it up and at idle the volts jumped right up to 14.4 volts.

Then just sounds like you need to take the battery and have it load tested. If battery just shows 4 volts and the charging system is good, connections are tight, then sounds like this battery has sulfated, wont hold a charge and has seen it's better days.

You can make the agm or any battery last even longer with a battery tender. I have a Yuasa ytx14ah that's 6 years old now. Some have gotten even more using battery tenders. When it finally dies,I can't complain.

You could of jumped started the ATV from a other 12v source like a car to make sure its the battery.
My 500 acted like that (Clicking) and it turned out to be a dirty sticking bush inside the starter motor needed to be cleaned and freed up.
