Default 2004.5 sportsman 700 Twin -Oil Pressure and Coolant Flow Confirmation

I have a fresh rebuild and want to know if there is a way to tell my oil is pumping up to head like it should. I know on some older ATV's you can pull a plug up high to see if your oil is reaching up there.

Also- any way to confirm your coolant is flowing thru the engine..

Thanks

Test oil pressure through the plug opening by the dip stick tube for priming the oil pump after rebuild. Takes an adapter and gauge. Should hold between 35-39 psi at 5500 rpms according to the manual.Should see coolant flow from the return hose into the radiator as the thermostat warms up and opens fully. Leave the cap off to make sure all air bubbles are removed and lett the fan cycle on and off a couple times. Then top off coolant if necessary.
