Hi just bought a 04 predator 500. Doesn't have an origanal exhaust and doesn't have a baffle in it it is really loud. I was worried if this would damage the engine in any way.

 

If anything it'll damage relationships with neighbors and some places that you ride may not be too happy about it. Some out right ban machines like this with out some sort of spark arrestor. Hard enough now days to find good places for people to ride because of things like this. Plenty of after market exhausts for the Predator to keep every one happy,plus may help once it's jetted right to improve the performance..

 

Cheers I'll get an aftermarket exhaust or make one to make it quieter. I don't want to annoy anyone or get banned from the places I go.
