Default anyone know range on a phoenix

Ive got a 65mile ride planned this wknd. I doubt the Phoenix will make it that far on 2.5 gal. but will i make it halfway?, to our turn-around point. Just curious if anyone has ever figured an approx range on these

I,d bungee a small 2 or 1.5 gal gas can alone just to be safe yet your not taking a big clumsy heavy 5 gal can alone for the ride.
If your riding with others atleast bring a Siphoning hose to get gas from the bigger bikes. You won,t need much.

Most all ATVs are 18-20 mpg on average 30mph trail rides I find so your at 45-50 miles in range.

My 350 Grizzly had a 3.8 tank and went about 70 miles more or less.

I don't know about 65 but it should do 50 miles if you don't have the throttle pinned. Bigger quads can make it that far depending on speed and terrain. A smaller quad like the Phoenix seems like it would do even better.

When I look at ATV specs I consider tank size , I just never liked hauling a spare gas can along for the ride.
Artic Cat have the largest gas tanks I find.

well, it made it no problem at all, there had to be a half gallon left at least. My 13 500 probably burnt almost twice as much, but i was towing a boat too. i had 68 miles on my odometer running 26's over 25's

Good news that you made it with gas to spare. So I'm thinking you could get 80 miles on a tank full. I expected it to get better mileage than a 500 but didn't know how good it would be.

ya i'm sure it would go 80 miles. To be fair it was pretty easy going, cruising around 30mph most of the way. Only 10-15 miles of twisty slower stuff.
