I recently purchased a 91 trail boss 350 4x4 basket case. It has a busted piston but the engine case looks ok. I will be rebuilding it and would like to know how big can I go with the new wiseco piston and how much can I shave off the head and still be able to run 92 octane fuel. I will be adding a KN filter and most of our riding is in the 5000 to 8000 foot range. What carburater jet should I use. I think it's running a 210 now. Also I am looking for any other mods that would be feasable yet not to expensive while I have the engine out of the frame. This is an extra quad I'm trying to set up for friends or my daughter to ride. I normally ride my 2000 sportsman.
