Can anyone please tell me y my 05 predator 500. The cooling fan comes on as soon as I turn the key on???? Is this normal ??? My 03 500 doesn't do this at all I just picked them up and I am going to take them in for a good once over but if it's something I can fix I'll do that my self thanks for your time everyone..

 

Best guess is the thermal sensor has shorted out at the radiator allowing the fan to run constantly. Plus you might be able to get one at an auto store and not pay 44 bucks for an oem sensor.
