If I won that $25K SxS, I would take the money and run!
That thing is going to drop in value like a rock! Won't be worth 10 large in 2 years.

Nice, but I need one of those like I need a second wife.. If they gave you the option of cash or the machine,I'd run with the money too. It'd go along way on buying a new truck to replace old Betsy..Even after they hit me with taxes.

Yeah it'd be a great vehicle, for the right person. Wouldn't be for me either, sick as it looks

Why all the hate?
Is it the ATV vs Razr? or price?
I used to have ATVs and sold them for the Razr. For us, it's more enjoyable. Would I like my ATV back, sometimes.
I have to agree though, the 2 seater won't be worth much money. All they have in stock in dealers are the 2 seaters. The 4 seater is the way to go even if you don't have any friends.

No hate,at least not from me. It was part of my bread and butter so to speak as we sold quite a few. It's the price that they've gone up to since they were first introduced.Went to the shop a while back and took off in a Desert Edition that retailed around $27,000. Different now since I've retired and away from most of it. If you've got the desire, cash, then go for it,but now I kinda look at 27,000 bucks as a good price for something with ac,heater, comfortable seats. In other words a good used car or truck. I guess it's like what old BB King said.. "The thrill is gone",at least for me.

Yes $25k+ is getting pricey. I was surprised I paid $17k for my 900 used but the po put a ton of money into it.
Every personal situation is different.
I see my wife smile everytime we go riding together so it's worth every penny to me and I get to have fun at the same time.

Awesome looking rig but if I won it I'd sell it for whatever I could get and put it all in the bank (until my truck craps out on me). That would make a nice down payment on a new car or truck.

It would be cool to win it, but I'd sell and take the cash too, that would go a long way toward buying a different place to live. I entered a contest at Casey's to win a new Arctic Cat Prowler, I'd sell it too though its not valued quite as much as this Rzr.

I just don't think any off road toy should cost that much. I don't see the need to price them to the moon and back. I realize research and development costs money and Polaris and other companies have thousands of employees salaries to pay. Sales would skyrocket if they didn't price them out of reach for most people and they would still make a lot of profit. To me it seems like everything is about twice as much as it should be. An entry level 250 or 300 cc atv should be about 2k not 4k, top of the line 4x4 utility should be about 6k, not 12k. An entry level side by side should be about 5k, not 10k. And the 1000cc performance side by sides should be about 11-12k, not well in excess of 20K, some 25K or more.
