Pull up the fuse block and check the wiring connections and terminals. The 700/800 machines were bad about having wiring shorts, wiring connections vibrating loose from the fuse block.

Some were held down with screws others were riveted. Drill through the rivets if you have to and pull the block up and check underneath at the wiring. You'll probably find the problem there. You can alsways use self tapping screws to replace them if need be. Plus also check up past the fuse block for an inline circuit breaker. Either taped to the harness or enclosed in a plastic pouch. These caused problems on some models when terminals corroded.

Just disconnect the battery, pull the block up and you can check the wiring from the back. Like I mentioned wiring can be loose on the terminals plus over time the fuse holders them selves can become packed with dirt and mud and can corrode causing intermittent contact with the fuse blades. This guy had the same problem.

You might check with an area dealer as I can't find one listed individually. Shows in most of the parts break downs to be part of the wiring harness. I know it's a Delphi type fuse block used in a lot of applications. Just finding the right one is the problem.4 Fuse Block Packard Delphi Build Your Own Panels Plus here's one that looks like it might work.http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/331204530783?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82

My 06 was the exact same way, i did not replace with a fuse block fearing same thing in a year or 2, i replaced mine with the yellow marine inline fuse holders that have a protective cover. Yeah they were a few bucks each but have worked perfectly and worth it.
