Hi guys, I have an 01 scrambler 4x2 500. Replacing the pull start and.....all the pull start stuff is not there! go figure. Before I order the pull start stuff I'd like to see if the bolt that goes in the case for it, if the threads are stripped. Does anyone know the size of the bolt that it uses?

Also, my rear brake bleeders are broken off. Is $27 each the cheapest I'll be able to find?

 

The recoil bolts are 6mm x 1.0 pitch. The bleed screws aren't cheap,but a little cheaper here.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse One thing you can do when you remove the broken bleeders you can try to match the thread pitch up at a good auto supply.May be able to save you some money.
