We are all seeing new high-performance quads, mini-quads, beginer sport quads along with upcoming big-bore utility 4x4's making there way to the dealers. There is only one type that we see less, if not none of... it's a sporty 4x4 ATV. You know, something like a Scrambler 4x4.

I am surprised that yamaha doesn't come out with something like a Raptor 4x4...toned down a bit with a 5 speed manual.(without clutch...is that what it's called?) It seems that a lot of buyers want something sporty but that can go anywhere with the bigboys.

Besides the Scramblers...there is only the Wolverine!

I couldn't agree with you more!! I think the manufacturers are missing out on a huge market.

Count me in too.
When Yamaha upgrades to the Wolverine to at least 400cc, liquid cooling, 6 speed tranny with auto-clutch I'll trade in my Wolverine.
Until then I'll keep wondering why anyone would buy anything else.
Sport 4x4's are the most versatile quads you can buy, and I can't believe the manufactures don't offer a better selection.
