"Put new fan on it and wired it to run all the time..I've done everything I can think of,but still runs hot... "
Still could be trapped air like I mentioned in your other post. Plus I'd get the radiator sensor so the fan wouldn't have to run all the time. You can use a Wells Sw526 radiator sensor and use your existing connector to save a few bucks. You can get these at any auto supply.http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/w...526/10287021-P Plus Amazon has the Caltric sensor substitute for the Polaris part #4010808 for 25 bucks..http://www.ebay.com/itm/COOLING-ENGI...-/281839885407

"On this it's best to lift the front wheels off the ground, leave the radiator cap off and let the fan cycle on and off several times to remove any trapped air. Make take a little while to do this." I copied this from your other post in the introduction section.. That's why it's best to ask questions in one section..Things get over looked and causes confusion..

I'm new at this say I really do'nt know how to use these forum's..I jacked the front wheels up about 10-12" poured water in it and it spewed like a gyser.Kept pouring water till it quit belching, let the thing down and it got hot immediatly.New rad.is hot all the way across.Ichecked it with a IR temp gun and the rad. is within 20 deg. anywhere you check it.I pulled the thermostat out and it was wide open...Makes no sense.....

It takes time like I mentioned to purge any trapped air pockets than cause radiators to spew out coolant. Keep the front end elevated, squeeze the hoses to aid in removing air,let the fan cycle on and off several times. As the coolant level slowly drops, add coolant. This make take upwards of 30-40 minutes in some cases because of all the twists and turns in the cooling hoses leading to the filler neck.Once the coolant in the radiator stays level, doesn't drop, then you can lower the front end,top off coolant if necessary, add coolant to the recovery bottle and replace the radiator cap.

If the impeller is free wheeling on the shaft then there's the problem.Has to be tight for the coolant to circulate through the engine and back to the radiator. If not it'll just overheat and spew coolant out of the radiator. Impeller nut torques between 62-80 inch pounds.
