When I went to YouTube it said the video was private and I couldn't see it. When I signed in it just said the video wasn't available, like it wasn't even there.

Drive clutch is sticking at mid point and then when it lets loose belt level drops.Look close at the video. Clatters even at high speeds. In neutral with no load you can possibly get up to more rpms than you can under a load. Still sounds like the spider is hitting the towers and the sticking can because of a worn main bushing causing the the clutch to **** over and one of the three counter weights may be binding against the shaft,then releasing.

That's definitely not normal the way the belt suddenly drops instead of moving smoothly from top to bottom on the drive clutch.
