I think I might just take it to the dealership tomorrow or just order a CDI box or ECM an hope it fixes it. Thanks for all the help I'm just fed up with this.

 

My 2004 Polaris sportsman 500 ATP will not start and the speedometer gauge does not light or turn on. Replaced the key switch and still does not click or gauge come on. Head light works when key turned on. Can be started bypassing the starter solenoid. No power going to the small wire going to the solenoid when key is turned to the start position.

Id definitely see if its right part for yours. But I've taken them off Yamaha and put it on polaris and it worked..
