Default Tire and Wheel substitutions for 1998 Polaris xplorer 300

Please help;
I have a 1998 Polaris explorer 300. Front tire is 23 x 7 x 10. Front wheel is 10 x 5. Front bolt pattern is 4 x 156. Rear tire is 24 x 11 x 10. Rear wheel is 10 x 8. Rear bolt pattern is 4 x 4.
I was wondering what take offs from other ATV's would fit my bolt pattern and my 98 Polaris Explorer 300?
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me

Any Polaris front rim will fit- they are all 4x156. Rear rim is probably the same as the 500 Scrambler. Can go up in overall height of tire but need to go up same amount for front/rear or AWD won't work right.
