after afew days getting the400 to fire and alil to much ether. my bike caught on fire carb looks good besides boot. will i have any trouble with cross over?

 

Swapping complete engines,yes you can,but not sure if the electronics(stator,cdi,etc) are the same and will plug right in to existing modules. As far as trying to swap top ends,no. The 400 and 350 cylinders are different(besides the bore size) on the location of the 4 case studs.

 

400 started up right away manual shows a kill switch. key unpluged along with other wires ive seen this bikes run wth key unpluged. is there 1 or more wires that must be pluged in. ?

 

Black wires from the cdi,ignition switch and left control switch on/off tie into the terminal board. Same on both the 350 and 400.
