Hi guys new here.....i have a 2001 polaris sportsman 500 here it goes the 4x4 worked great when i first got and last night the 4x4 stopped working got it home parked and then this morning when i started it the 4x4 worked then got stuck shifted it into reverse and stopped working now its working so great its stuck in to 4x4 any ideas would be great

 

Change hub fluid first if you haven't already done so. If it still sticks in awd and kicks out only when you go in reverse,it's probably magnetized armature plates in the hubs.Usually it's one side or the other that hangs up,but always change both out.
