Slightly off topic, but why do you guys use AOL?
Please don't take this the wrong way but all I can figure is that you just didn't know any better. AOL is KNOWN by every fellow experienced computer user or technician that I know of to be substandard in every way possible. In most areas they cost more, have slower connections and often sell more accounts in an area than they have phone lines to handle it just hoping that most customers wont log in at the same time. They also have frequent billing discrepencies and timers that will disconnect your computer if left idle for even a short time. If you like your AOL that's fine but I just thought I would give you a heads up that there's much better service available. Often times the smaller local ISP's (internet service providers) will get you connected faster for less money and when there's a problem you can talk to a local person not some operator in a call center elsewhere in the country.
