Hi everyone,


Hoping someone can help me, I am working on a four wheeler for my buddy and his speedometer and the lights for it do not come on when turing the key. And also the display screen showing what gear he is in is not working. I have checked all electrical and everything is the way it should be. We took speedometer off and hooked up to a different quad and it worked. Any ideas what else to check on his quad to figure out why it would not be working on his? All Help appreciated. Thanks!

 

Sounds like another ecm module as it contols power to the speedo and also lights among other things it does.Plus is it a 2x4 or 4x4 Magnum? There's a difference in part numbers on the ecms. 4x4 ecm shows obsolete at one site? Plus is the awd in the front diff or in the hubs? This caused the difference in ecm part numbers.
