Default 2003 700 twin noise in front differential

Just replaced the roller cage, rollers, armature, thrust bearing and all the seals. AWD now shifts in and out. Problem is now I have a whining noise in front end. Used John Deere parts, fit perfectly only the roller cage is a little longer. Any Ideas?

Thanks
Cecil

JD parts were what a lot of people used before billet aluminum cages became common and fairly cheap. Heard the same thing on being a little erratic at first until the parts were worn in together for awhile. If you replaced all the bearings, may be a little ring and pinion gear whine. I'd run it for awhile and change fluid and see if that helps.

Machine only has 1260 miles and 305 hrs. Did not change bearings only did the roller cage parts because it was locked in AWD. Will run it awhile and see if it improves.

Thanks
