Default Gaps in body around headlight 570 (2016)

All,

looking at my front end today I wondered if my ATV
Is properly fitted around the headlights? I never removed it or bumped it?

That's normal - it's a Polaris. Fit and finish are not top priority for them.

Screwed in with u-nuts to the cab,but have o-rings like the older models also. Check the o-rings plus you can see if the head light adjuster helps any as far as gaps.

I just figured they needed extra room for headlight adjustment.

I'd check head light alignment first. Then I wouldn't worry. If everything is put together, it looks ok to me. It's called close enough.
