When I push the rear of my Magnum up and down there's a squeak that bothers me. It sounds as if it's coming from the hinge point of the rear swing arm. I was going to grease it, but I can't seem to find any fittings! Any Magnum owners out there who can tell me if the rear hinge point has grease fittings, and if so, where are they??

Thanks!

Barry.

I just looked in the service manual, and it does not show any.
Isn't it kinda stupid to not have a zerk on those bearings? I dont see any reason why you couldn't install a fitting.
I have heard others complain of this too. mine does not do it yet. Let us know how you resolve it.

My Xplorer rear end squeaks as you mentioned, and it HAS grease fittings. I finally traced down the source of the noise. On my machine, anyway, it is the rubber bushings on the lower end of the shock absorber that causes the squeak. Might be worth checking out.
