I purchased a new 2017 Sportsman 450 HO in the fall of '17. After the 6 months warranty expired I had to replace the starter solenoid. Still would not turn over.Then the dealer found the "brain" died. While they replaced that they discovered the fuel gage wasn't working. A new fuel pump was ordered. Is this a problem many other 2017 450 HO owners have experienced? Or did I get a lemon?

 

Haven't hear of these problems with the 450. It's actually a 500 that's pretty bulletproof from what I've seen.

 

If the factory wont help then go with a different brand. Do you have high miles or hours that would prevent warranty coverage?? Most avt owners put very few hours or miles in the first 6 months. Polaris makes as good a machine as anybody however consumer complaints per 100 units manufactured puts Polaris at some of the most complaints.
