Are dealers the only place to get them mounted... mine charges $25 each. Any other places, Goodyear or other tire dealers?
I can't do it myself...

You may want to give some of the local lawnmower shops a call. Some of the area tire dealers may also help you, but some of their equipment may be too large for the atv tires. The lawnmower shops generally have adaptors for their tire mounting machines allowing them to work on the smaller tires. $25 is much too steep. Should be around $5 per tire.

Check all your local tire dealers. Especially if they also do trailer tires. Most of them around me also do ATV tires.
If you have aluminum wheels, make sure you ask about them. Some tire mounting machines will scratch and damage the softer aluminum wheels.

It was great. A lot more fun then I thought it was going to be. I got to see alot, and the terrorist threat was lower in Bahrain then I thought it was going to be, so we were a little more at ease. I posted some pics of the trip if you want to see. I wish we could have taken our quads with us, this was prime ATV land. http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/smheyrman

Cool photos. You are right, the desert would make a great place to ride atvs, but I have NO desire to ever return to that part of the world again.

A few flat head screwdrivers, a little WD-40, and an equal amount of patience is all it takes. I mount all of my tires myself. With the $$$ you save on mounting fees, you can buy yourself a good bead breaker for about $50 and eliminate the need to struggle with that, as well!

Got mine done at a small service station for $14.00 for the dismount of the stockers and the remount of the 589's. A friend of mine ripped a sidwall on his sportsman and took it to the dealer. The tire was like $90 the mount $25 and when he took it back because it went flat they charged him for a bottle of slime. He was a little mad when he found out what I paid.
