I have a Polaris sportsman 850 touring machine that has served me well. But every now and then while riding the machine it will just totally stop running and the instrument cluster will go blank. Then I can start it and it will continually run fine. But today it did it about 3 times in 1 mile? Any suggestions. It's a 2014 model.

My guess is that you have a broken wire in the harness up by the handle bars. Try starting the machine and wiggle the bars as far left and right as they'll go several times. If it dies, you found where to start tracing. I had a similar issue with my 2011 550XP.
